The Phoenix Police Department released video Wednesday of a frightening moment involving a red-light runner and a family crossing the street with a stroller. Police say the incident happened on October 14, around 10 p.m.Watch video of the incident in the player above. Police say the driver who ran the red-light, 23-year-old Ernesto Otanez Oveso, was driving under the influence at the time. The driver with the right-of-way in the crash was injured, but the injuries were not life-threatening. After the crash, police say Oveso fled the scene along with a female passenger. Oveso allegedly told a witness that was following him to get away, and stabbed the car door of the witness.Oveso has been arrested and faces charges for DUI, aggravated assault and prohibited possession after a gun was found in his Jeep. A couple from New York is suing a fertility clinic after a woman gave birth to other couples' babies because of an IVF mixup, according to a federal lawsuit filed in US District Court.The mother, who is Asian, gave birth to two non-Asian babies, and each child was a genetic match to a different couple that was also a client at the fertility clinic, the lawsuit states. The Asian couple was then forced to give up the babies to their true genetic parents.The couple, identified only as A.P. and Y.Z., live in Flushing, New York, and were married in 2012. After having trouble conceiving a child, they decided to try to have a child through in vitro fertilization, or IVF, with a company called CHA Fertility based out of Los Angeles, the lawsuit states.CHA Fertility did not respond to a request for comment.In vitro fertilization is a series of procedures in which an egg is fertilized in a lab and then transferred to a uterus, 943

And that’s why things seemed a little off to Judy Plok last summer, when she saw what was going on at this house. “It was obviously a party house,” said Plok, who lives near the house in question. She and the rest of the neighborhood soon discovered this house was an Airbnb rental, and new guests were coming in every weekend to have a good time. “One Saturday afternoon, the people who were there enjoying themselves got out on the roof. There’s several different levels, and they were jumping off the roof into the pool. if you’re going to party, you’re not going to sit around quietly enjoying a sip of tea,” said Plok. So she and her neighbors decided to do something about it. They contacted the city attorney and took the owner of the house to court. “The judge found in our favor, so we were pleased with that,” said Plok. The house is no longer an Airbnb, and Plok said the neighborhood is quiet again. Orinda, California, is a lot like this street in Denver. It’s quiet and families love it. There was a shooting at a house party and five people were killed.
