Diaper maker Pampers recently announced an initiative to install 5,000 changing tables in hopes of making changing tables more accessible for dads.The lack of public changing tables in men's rooms became a national issue last year when Donte Palmer of Florida posted a video online that went viral showing him squatting while trying to change his child's diaper. Pampers said Palmer is involved in its project.According to a study cited by Pampers, 9 out of 10 dads have gone into a public restroom and not been able to change their child's diapers. Pampers' goal is to have the 5,000 changing tables installed throughout North America by 2021. Pampers said in a statement that it is working with Koala Kare to identify 5,000 high-need locales for changing tables. Pampers said it will be targeting places such as parks and recreation centers, community centers and libraries. Pampers said it has already identified 500 locations, and those locations will have their changing tables installed in the coming weeks. “We know that dads want to be able to bond with their children by taking them out and about, and that means the inevitable diaper-duty no matter where they are. CHICAGO, Illinois (WBBM) — Federal charges were filed against Donald Greene Sr. and Donald Green Jr. -- a Chicago area father and son -- for allegedly selling body parts on the black market from people who thought they were donating to science.The pair also allegedly sold parts they knew were diseased without telling their buyers.Bodies known to have HIV, sepsis and hepatitis kept on ice, then sold.Some were sold for up to 0,000.The father and son duo was behind the now shuttered Biological Resource Center of Illinois.Per a search warrant, a mother was told her son’s tissues would be donated to colleges and research centers.Instead, parts of him sold for ,000.In the charges filed, United States attorneys repeatedly call it a scheme "to defraud customers of the Biological Resource Center of Illinois."It's not illegal to dismember and broker body parts -- per se.But it is illegal to knowingly sell remains positive for infectious disease.It is alleged the Greene’s did this from 2008 to 2014.The federal document charging the Greene’s alleges the men sold to Detroit Medical Center’s sports medicine department at least one specimen that “had previously tested positive for hepatitis. This fact was concealed by Donald A. Greene Sr.'s scheme to defraud."Greene Sr. is charged with wire fraud.While Greene Jr. faces a felony for intentionally concealing a crime.Authorities were led to the Greene’s while investigating Detroit body broker Arthur Rathburn, who is now in federal prison. 1517

CHICAGO, Ill. – Contigo is recalling about 5.7 million of its kids water bottles because their clear silicone spouts can detach, posing a choking hazard to children. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced the recall Wednesday, saying Contigo has received a total of 427 reports of the spouts detaching, including 27 spouts found in children’s mouths. The affected water bottles were sold at Costco, Walmart, Target and other stores nationwide, as well as online on various websites, from April 2018 through February 2020 for between and . The water bottles were sold individually as well as in two-packs and three-packs.The water bottles come in three sizes (13 ounce, 14 ounce and 20 ounce) and four colors (solid color, graphics, stainless steel and stainless steel solid colors).The CPSC says the base and cover of the clear silicone spout will always be black, and only black colored spout base and spout cover models are included in this recall. Contigo is printed on the rim and along the front near the bottom of the bottles.In addition to the water bottles, the recall also involves replacement lids that were given to consumers as part of an August 2018 recall of the same product.
