TERRACE PARK, Ohio -- Fourth graders at Terrace Park Elementary School will receive national recognition this week for their efforts to help students in hurricane-affected Puerto Rico.Charlotte Buccholz's class is working with Destination Imagination, a nonprofit that challenges young people to explore their talents in fields including tech, science, engineering and community service. "We had a bunch of different ideas on how to do things and then we had to all agree on something," 9-year-old Buccholz said. They ultimately decided they wanted to focus on service -- specifically service to the people affected by Hurricane Maria."We were thinking about people who weren't getting much attention, and so we thought about Puerto Rico because it wasn't getting much help," student Tyler Graham said.Graham, Buccholz and their classmates created and sold clay 'Te Amo' ornaments to benefit The Juanita Garcia Peraza School in San Juan, eventually raising nearly ,500. They used the money to buy school supplies and other essential items for third-graders on the island.It's a simple idea with a big impact, and it caught the attention of Destination Imagination organizers. Stark similarities between a San Francisco brewery's beer can and the iconic soft drink cups used at In-N-Out prompted the burger chain to issue a cease and desist letter, though not without some light-hearted humor.Seven Stills Brewing recently crafted a new Neapolitan-style beer called "In-N-Stout," wrapped in a design resembling the much-loved burger chain's cup featuring palm trees and its signature yellow arrow.The resemblance is uncanny. So much so that it forced the burger chain to respond with a letter, politely asking the brewery to ditch the can.The brewery posted the pun-laden letter on Instagram, with the caption, "We count 9. Can you find them all?""Based on your use of our marks, we felt obligated to hop to action in order to prevent further issues from brewing," In-N-Out wrote. "We hope you appreciate, however, that we are attempting to clearly distill our rights by crafting an amicable approach with you, rather than barrel through this."We look forward to resolving this in good spirits," the letter ends.It's not the first time the brewery has taken inspiration from a popular brand. Seven Stills also brews a beer called "Rod and Reel," with a can featuring little fish resemble a "Swedish Fish" gummy candy wrapper.It's also not the first time in recent months In-N-Out has been forced to take action for its brand. The Barron County Sheriff said the possible sighting of a missing and endangered Wisconsin teen in Miami, Florida doesn't appear to be credible. An AMBER Alert was issued Monday afternoon for 13-year-old Jayme Closs after her parents were found dead in their home. Gas station surveillance video from Miami shows the girl a witness thought to be Jayme. The FBI has yet to confirm it was. Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald indicated Tuesday it isn't credible. A witness claims to have seen Jayme inside this black SUV with Wisconsin plates Monday afternoon at a Miami gas station. That's 1,700 miles away from where Jayme's last confirmed sighting Sunday afternoon in her hometown. Surveillance video briefly shows a teenage girl sitting in the front passenger seat as the driver pulled up to a gas pump. She doesn't appear to be restrained at the time. Moments before, a man got out of that same vehicle and walked up to another SUV and a truck to talk with others. Miami police shared the possible sighting via social media on Monday night. "We are actively researching that tip," said Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald appeared frustrated at news conference Tuesday that Miami police released information about a possible tip. "Every tip continues to be followed up on and if it's something we need to get out to you, you will get that information and it will come directly from me out to you," Fitzgerald said. Authorities were first alerted to Jayme's disappearance early Monday morning when a 911 call led sheriff's deputies to her home in Barron. Jayme's parents were found shot to death. Fitzgerald is asking Barron County residents to keep an eye out for others acting out of character. He said they've questioned a lot of people while following up on tips, however Jayme is still believed to be missing and in danger. 1883
