Another is an apartment he owns in Trump Tower in New York, which is at risk of foreclosure, the prosecutors said.The prosecutors also noted that Manafort has "questioned his ability to maintain the payments on all his mortgages" and that members of his family aren't "willing to assume the risk" of helping him.Manafort earned a judge's approval to be released from house arrest two months ago, if he showed proper documentation and could secure a million bail with assets and properties. Seven people, including four children, have been found dead in a rural property in Western Australia, in what's believed to be the country's worst mass shooting in more than two decades.Officers were called to a residential property in Osmington, around 170 miles (270 kilometers) south of state capital Perth, in the early hours of Friday morning, where the seven bodies were discovered, said Western Australia Police Commissioner Chris Dawson.Police arrived at the property following a call from "'male person' connected to the property" shortly after 5:00 a.m. local time (5 p.m. Thursday ET), national broadcaster ABC reported.Five bodies were found inside the house, and the other two outside, close to the property. (KGTV) -- A man was shot and killed in a Spring Valley parking lot late Sunday.San Diego County sheriff's deputies were called just before 8:30 p.m. after shots were fired in a parking lot at 8667 Jamacha Rd., a shopping center just off state Route 125.Responding deputies arrived to find an adult male had been shot. The unidentified victim died at the scene.It's not clear what led up to the shooting. Sheriff's homicide investigators were called to the scene to investigate.The Sheriff's Department did not say whether there were any suspects immediately after the shooting. 607
