SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — One person is dead after his SUV careened off Interstate 5 near Pacific Beach Tuessday.A driver was traveling on northbound I-5 near Garnet Ave. just before 2 p.m. when a witness tells 10News the white Toyota RAV 4's passenger-side wheels became caught on the freeway guardrail. As the vehicle continued it fell off I-5, traveled down an embankment, and landed on its top on Garnet Ave. below the freeway.
