SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego police are searching for the person who fired a gun into a group of people injuring two teens late Saturday night.Two groups of people began arguing just before midnight at the corner of 30th Street and J Street in the Grant Hill neighborhood, about a block away from Kimbrough Elementary School.The gunman pulled out a handgun and shot a 16-year-old boy in the left calf and a 18-year-old male in the right ankle, authorities said.A possible third shooting victim was located at an area hospital with undisclosed injuries, according to police. No further information was given at this time.The incident is being investigated as gang-related shooting, police said.The suspect, who was last seen wearing a white tank top and dark shorts, fled in an unknown direction, police said. 831

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer Monday announced new limitations on public gatherings, as well as bar closures and restaurant restrictions. In the announcement, Faulconer echoed an declaration made earlier in the day by county health and elected officials. During that news conference, county officials announced that they would legally enforce new public health orders over COVID-19. Faulconer said he signed an executive order forcing all bars and nightclubs to close to the public. "This is not optional, this is mandatory," Faulconer said. The measures don't apply to grocery stores or restaurants located inside nursing facilities. All city public buildings will also be closed to the public. During the news conference, Faulconer discouraged residents from attending any non-essential gatherings. The order takes effect at 11:59 p.m. Monday and will last through March 31, unless otherwise extended. The city is set to maintain police, fire, water, trash and sewage services. But in a recent tournament, Shane Hansen put sportsmanship above being number one. After four matches, Hansen made it to the finals in the La Costa Canyon tournament. However, the final match was getting away from him. "It was the third period, the last period, I was down 12-3, I believe, we went out of bounds, and he ended up dislocating his shoulder," said Hansen. "I felt pretty bad because obviously, he was winning that match, and it wasn't my match to win."Hansen tried to forfeit himself from the match but was not allowed. "When he came up to me and was like, I want to trade my medal, I want to trade my medal, I was just kind of taken aback that in the moment, so quickly, he was wanting to do that," said Hansen's coach, Dustin Long. During the award ceremony, Hansen gave his gold medal to his opponent in exchange for the silver medal. Hansen held up two fingers representing second place in the podium photo, a symbolic gesture to his injured opponent.
