A massive community effort ensued, as neighbors spent endless hours searching for the boy.Wilson's mother, Crystal, initially contacted the Buckeye Police Department's non-emergency line in the early morning hours of July 18, saying her son had slipped out of their home.Similar incidents involving Jesse and his siblings were uncovered, including an incident in April 2016, when Buckeye police responded to the family's neighborhood after Jesse was found in a neighbor's yard.ABC15 also discovered 2011 reports from Avondale police, who were called to Crystal Wilson's home after receiving reports that her five children were being abused and underfed. Responding officers checked the children for injuries and determined they were fed and there was no evidence of abuse. Neighbors who lived near the Wilson's in Avondale told ABC15 the children were often seen knocking on doors asking for food.Police said Tuesday that their investigation into Jesse's death is continuing. Beverage maker Coca-Cola has slowly been announcing the cancelation of brands over the last few months, this week they officially announced they are cutting the number of brands they offer in half: saying goodbye to 200 brands.Earlier this month, the company announced plans to discontinue Odwalla juices, Zico coconut water, TaB diet soda, Coca-Cola Life, Diet Coke Feisty Cherry, as well as regional brands like Northern Neck Ginger Ale and Delaware Punch.In a statement, the company said reducing their brands by 50 percent will help them focus on its most profitable offerings and new offerings like Topo Chico hard seltzer and AHA flavored sparkling water.In a comment to investors, CEO James Quincey said they had finalized the list of which brands will remain, but he would not give specifics. He did say the "hydration" category, which includes drinks like Dasani water, Powerade, Vitamin Water and Zico, will see more cuts, according to CNN. BENTONVILLE, Ark. – Romaine lettuce that was sold at Walmart stores across the country is being recalled because it may be contaminated with E. coli.Tanimura & Antle Inc. is voluntarily recalling its packaged single head romaine lettuce after at least 12 people in six states became infected with a strain of E. coli, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Five of those people were hospitalized.Health officials say they’ve determined that the E. coli strain in the affected lettuce was closely related genetically to the strain identified in ill people.The company says a total of 3,396 cartons of potentially affected product were distributed to the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, California, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and the U.S. territory Puerto Rico.Walmart has released a list of more than 1,000 of its stores where the recalled lettuce was sold.Affected packages contain a single head of lettuce with the UPC number 0-27918-20314-9. They are labeled with the “packed on” dates 10/15/2020 or 10/16/2020. No other products or pack dates are being recalled.The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) says this strain of E. coli causes diarrheal illness, often with bloody stools. Although most healthy adults can recover completely within a week, some people can develop a form of kidney failure. It’s most likely to occur in young children and the elderly. The condition can lead to serious kidney damage and even death, according to the FDA.The CDC says people usually get sick from the E. coli two to eight days after swallowing the germ. BUENOS AIRES - Argentinian police officers were fired after they claimed that mice ate more than half a ton of marijuana that was not accounted for in the police warehouse.After an inspection, an officer noticed 540kg of cannabis was missing the confiscation warehouse just outside of Buenos Aires.During a span of two years of storage, police collected 6,000 kg of marijuana. At the time, Javier Specia was the police commissioner.According to The Guardian, Specia stepped down in April 2017 and was replaced with Commissioner Emilio Portero. Portero noticed only 5,460 kg of marijuana in the warehouse.When questioned by a judge, Specia and three of his subordinate officers all claimed that the missing drugs were "eaten by mice."Experts found the claim to be impossible.“Buenos Aires University experts have explained that mice wouldn’t mistake the drug for food, and that if a large group of mice had eaten it, a lot of corpses would have been found in the warehouse,” said a spokesperson for the judge.On May 4 the officers will testify in court to see if the missing narcotics were due to "expedience or negligence."There is no statement from Specia at this time, but the ex-commissioner faces further internal investigation. 1265

BOULDER, Colo. — A Boulder, Colorado man reached out to KMGH, furious about the work done by a contractor hired through the popular online service Thumbtack, and the thousands of dollars he claims he lost. The more he dug into the service, the angrier he became.               Keeping his windows clean is key for Larry Koenigsberg, considering he has amazing views from his home a hilltop community in Boulder."I can see a panoramic of the Flatirons, Pike's Peak when the sun rises in the morning," said Koenigsberg. "It’s like being on vacation every day between Colorado's 300 days of sunshine a year."Using popular online service Thumbtack, he hired Top Window Cleaning and paid the owner to clean several large windows, a skylight and a shower door. It wasn’t until the next day he realized they were damaged."The sun came shining in through all the south-facing windows, and I see all these scratches and I go outside and they're still dirty," said Koenigsberg.KMGH reached out to the owner of the window cleaning service. His attorney said no comment.Koenigsberg said that the owner of the company and the only employee came back to clean them again, hoping it was only dirt."So severe, it looked like a prism with all the blue and orange. Very deep the scratches," said Koenigsberg.After confronting the man, Koenigsberg said he only got another bill, not an apology. He went online to several sites to share his experience."I wanted a way of venting and letting other people know, and I put my review on there, but also I indicated that his intentions were good. I don't think that anybody sets out with intentions to scratch windows," said Koenigsberg.Koenigsberg said he learned Top Window Cleaning is not licensed in Colorado and the owner has a criminal history.
