The New York Times reported late Saturday night that Senator John McCain will lie in state at the Arizona Capitol building and then the U.S. Capitol before being buried at Annapolis, Md.McCain died on Saturday in Arizona after a 13-month battle with brain cancer.The Times cited Republican sources as McCain's family finalizes plans to honor the senator from Arizona. McCain will also reportedly have a full dress funeral at the Washington National Cathedral.Two of McCain's former political rivals, Presidents George W. The NFL Draft begins on Thursday, and this year's NFL Draft could contain one of the deepest pool of quarterbacks in Draft history. According to most NFL Draft experts, five college quarterbacks will likely be selected in the first round on Thursday. The group includes USC's Sam Darnold, Oklahoma's Baker Mayfield, Wyoming's Josh Allen, UCLA's Josh Rosen and Louisville's Lamar Jackson. The first team to pick on Thursday is Cleveland, who likely will select one of the five quarterbacks. The Louisville Metro police department has fired one of the police officers involved in the fatal shooting of Breonna Taylor. A termination letter for Officer Brett Hankison released by the city’s police department today said Hankinson violated procedures by showing “extreme indifference to the value of human life." The letter also said Hankinson violated the rule against using deadly force. Taylor, who was Black, was shot eight times by officers who burst into her Louisville home using a no-knock warrant during a March 13 narcotics investigation. Two other officers remain on administrative reassignment while the shooting is investigated.Taylor, who was employed as an EMT, was inside of her home when police conducted a “no-knock raid” on her home.
