STILLWATER, Okla. — At Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, officials on Monday confirmed 23 positive cases of COVID-19 at an off-campus sorority house.All of the students living in the house were placed in isolation and are prohibited from leaving the facility, the university said in a statement.“Due to the nature of this situation, the entire chapter house is in isolation or quarantine and will be prohibited from leaving the facility,” the university wrote. “One member of the sorority who lives elsewhere is among those who tested positive and will also remain in isolation.”All involved are being monitored by OSU and the Payne County Health Department. During the hearing, the judge and attorneys were interrupted several times with people shouting racial slurs, playing music and showing pornographic images.Seventeen-year-old Graham Clark is accused of using the hijacked Twitter accounts to scam people around the world out of more than 0,000 in Bitcoin.The accounts included Bill Gates, Barack Obama and Elon Musk. Prosecutors believe Clark got access by convincing a Twitter employee he was a coworker. He faces numerous charges including 17 counts of communications fraud and 11 counts of fraudulent use of personal information.Clark was arrested Friday and entered the not-guilty pleas Tuesday.The judge denied a motion to reduce Clark's bond.
