GWANGJU, South Korea, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- Cultural ministers from China, Japan and South Korea participating the 5th China- Japan-South Korea Ministerial Conference on Culture held here Saturday agreed to strengthen cultural exchange and cooperation to promote the cultural prosperity of East Asia.

"China hopes the U.S. advances restructuring, realizes fiscal stability and sustainability and ensures steady economic recovery and growth," Xi said.

The document -- officially named "the decision on major issues concerning comprehensively deepening reforms" -- was approved by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee that ended on Nov. 12.
