SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- At least four people were stabbed in a brawl that erupted following a car show in Kearny Mesa early Thursday morning.San Diego police said the incident happened at a Chevron gas station in the 7700 block of Copley Park Place just after 12 a.m.According to police, about 50 people appeared at the gas station following a car show at a nearby park. During the gathering, a fight broke out, and a male pulled out a handgun and fired several gunshots.At the same time, another male used a knife to slash the tires of several vehicles and then tried to stab another male.When officers arrived at the gas station, those involved in the reported incident fled the area. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Crews Thursday rescued a woman they say broke her leg while hiking above Blacks Beach.According to authorities, the incident happened around 2 p.m. in the Box Canyon area. Lifeguards say a woman in her 20s fell while hiking in the area and broke her leg.A helicopter could be seen lifting the woman from the canyon and taking her to a nearby hospital.Her condition is unknown at this time. 417

"It may detect features on mammograms the human eye can't detect," said Watanabe.The technology is already being used by doctors around the world and is also available to anyone with internet access.Women can pay 9 to get their own CureMetrix second opinion by uploading their mammogram to the online portal DocPanel.Dr. Watanabe says the software is not meant to replace humans but rather help them do their job better.San Diego resident Amanda Caniglia says the technology gave her peace of mind. "As a woman and going for my first mammogram and knowing the family history, there is a lot of anxiety going into it, you don't know what to expect," said Caniglia.While Caniglia's initial mammogram results came back normal, she wanted a second opinion because of her family history of cysts, tumors, and cancer.
