(KGTV/CNS) - Evacuation orders remained in effect Tuesday in light of a fast-moving wildfire that erupted in the Cleveland National Forest the day before.The blaze dubbed the Holy Fire, is five percent contained and has burned at least 3,399 acres as of Tuesday evening, according to the U.S. Forest Service. The acreage was downgraded due to more accurate mapping, officials with the Cleveland National Forest said. A total of 10 helicopters and five air tankers are currently on scene assisting firefighters.  539

(KGTV) — Los Angeles Police are investigating the death of a six-month-old fetus found in the bathroom of a Sherman Oaks grocery store.Police received the call at about 3 p.m. about an infant's body at a Ralphs grocery store in the 4400 block of Burbank Boulevard, according to ABC-affiliate Los Angeles station KABC.The fetus was discovered in a toilet by a witnessed who then called police, LAPD Sgt. Hector Guzman said during a press conference. Fire personnel arrived and determined it had died.Guzman said they have identified a woman they believed to be the mother and have interviewed her to figure out what happened, according to KABC.Ralphs issued a statement to KABC, saying the bathrooms are behind the scenes and don't impact the safety of customers, employees, and the public.By Wednesday evening, police determined no crime had been committed and no arrests were made, KABC reported. Authorities plan to investigate whether it was a medical emergency. 998

A 26-year-old playing in the final game of the regular season for the Grand Rapids Drive, the Detroit Pistons' G League affiliate, collapsed on Saturday in the closing minute of the game. After two nights in the hospital, Zeke Upshaw died on Monday following the on-court incident. A cause of death was not announced. Upshaw had scored 11 points in Saturday's game, and helped his team qualify for the the league's playoff. A broadcast of the incident shows Upshaw collapsing on the defensive end of the court as his team took possession of the basketball. Immediately, referees stopped play as trainers ran to Upshaw's side. It only took several minutes for Upshaw to be placed on a stretcher.The G League has postponed the start of its playoff from Tuesday to Friday."Zeke was an outstanding young man whose powerful belief in himself and uncommon perseverance led to a successful professional basketball career," G League president Malcolm Turner said in a statement. "A beloved member of the Grand Rapids Drive, Zeke's continuous improvement and tireless work ethic were hallmarks of his career. We extend our deepest condolences to his family and friends and the Drive organization."Upshaw played collegiately for three seasons at Illinois State before transferring to Hofstra. A 21-year-old American student was stabbed to death in Rotterdam, Netherlands, allegedly by her roommate, police said Friday.According to a police statement, authorities received reports of a quarrel Wednesday at an apartment on Kralingse Kerklaan in Rotterdam. When they entered the apartment, the statement said, police found Sarah Papenheim with stab wounds and attempted to resuscitate her. Police said those attempts were unsuccessful, and she died of her injuries.An investigation led authorities to the suspect, Papenheim's 23-year-old roommate, who was arrested at the Eindhoven train station, the police statement said. The two had their own rooms in the apartment but shared a kitchen and bathroom, police said.The suspect was identified as Joel Schelling, a source close to the investigation said. Schelling, who is believed to be a Dutch national, appeared in court Friday, the source said.Papenheim had moved to the Netherlands to study at Erasmus University in Rotterdam."Sarah studied psychology and lived in the Netherlands since 2016. Our deepest condolences go out to all Sarah's family and friends at this poignant time. I've cried so much my ducts are dry. I am in the angry stage now."Regarding the roommate, Odegard told KMSP, "He'd have highs and lows, and she noticed that and I told her she needed to get out of there because something ain't right."Papenheim was an avid musician. She started going to open jam sessions around her hometown of Andover, Minnesota, when she was just 15, according to WCCO. (KGTV) - Southwest Airlines announced plans to begin offering flights to four Hawaiian airports later this year.The airlines will begin selling tickets sometime in 2018 for flights to Honolulu International Airport, Lihue Airport, Kona International Airport at Keahole, and Kahului Airport.Southwest didn't say when the flights would begin service to the islands, prices for flights, or from which airports flights would depart from on the U.S. mainland.A Hawaii-specific page on Southwest's website has since gone live as well.Southwest is reportedly waiting for federal regulatory approvals as certification is required for flights over long distances of water, multiple outlets reported. Extra pilot training and stringent maintenance and replacement of parts are required for flights making such a trip.The news comes on the heels of the airlines said ticket sales have dipped in the wake of a fatal accident aboard a Southwest flight earlier this month. 991
