I felt little." She said, next to tears. "It's just a mess! Everything is a mess! This is hard to do. He shouldn't have come back to my house and I don't ... Everything's a mess!"Similar instances were described by other women. In October of 2017, near the entryway of a 64-year-old woman's condo, Fischer took her report for a domestic violence incident and then made his move."His hands went all the way down to her butt and he squeezed both of her buttocks... he took her hand and pulled it down to his groin area," Lawyer Dan Gilleon said. He represents several women who filed claims against Fischer.Gilleon made a theme apparent, "he knows that she's alone, and she's vulnerable, and she's scared." Another victim called him a predator.Some women who came forward claim Fischer became more brazen, forcing sexual acts.Wednesday a plea deal fell through. The deal would mean Fischer would plead guilty to four felony charges -- down from more than 12 felonies -- and serve no more than five years in prison.10News learned that Fischer would also have to register as a sex offender for life under the plea deal.Fischer faces more than 25 years in prison if convicted of all charges. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — The possibility of Topgolf coming to San Diego took another step forward Tuesday.During a Port of San Diego board meeting, staff were authorized to begin to negotiate and enter into an exclusive negotiating agreement with Topgolf, according to the Port. Once the Port enters into the agreement, staff can begin to refine their proposal for the land, allow Topgolf to conduct its own due diligence, and negotiate terms until the agreement expires on Dec. 31, 2020.According to documents, Port and Topgolf officials are eyeing East Harbor Island's "Elbow Parcel" area along North Harbor Drive as a potential location for a seven-acre site. The report goes on to say the project could help ignite future development of the area with more entertainment and hotel options."As an attractor, Topgolf is in that special category or destination activities which are likely to draw patrons to the Port, and who will utilize hotel rooms, restaurants and bars, visitor attractions and recreational boating throughout the Port lands," the analysis said. "While this report details the economic impact of Topgolf, it likely does not do justice to its overall impact as an enhancement to San Diego's front door."Topgolf's proposal includes a facility featuring a driving range, restaurant, bar, meeting space, event and stage area, outdoor patios, three levels of golf bays, and additional games and entertainment, according to the Port. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Three Port of San Diego Harbor Police officers tested positive for coronavirus, the department announced Wednesday.After learning of the positive results, the Port of San Diego says it notified the department and port staff.The officers are isolated and undergoing treatment at their homes and will seek further care should it be necessary.
