ST. PETERSBURG, Russia, June 25 (Xinhua) -- Liu Qibao, head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, met with a senior Russian official Thursday on media cooperation between China and Russia.
The president voiced his appreciation for a series of proposals raised by China on supporting Peru's industrialization, noting that China is welcome to add investment in the South American country in such areas as mining and agriculture.
During my current visit, China and France signed an agreement on jointly exploring third-party markets. China's production capacity will be joined with advanced technology of France and other developed countries to promote infrastructure development, industrialization and poverty reduction in developing countries.
"The expo will help to overcome this by allowing personal interactions which improves business confidence," he said. "Kenya is the most developed economy in eastern Africa and also the economic, commercial, and logistical hub of the entire region. Importantly, the China-Kenya economic cooperation and trade in various fields has gained momentum over the years, and it is the very reason why we are holding the China Trade Week in Nairobi."
He pinpointed key sectors for future cooperation, including bio-tech, pharmacy, agriculture, manufacture, energy and tourism.
