Biden had 92 percent of Black voters and 60 percent of Hispanic/Latino voters in the exit polls. Among families who say they are better off today then four years ago, 84 percent say they voted for Trump in Wisconsin's exit polls.In Wisconsin, the economy was the top issue for voters, according to exit polls. And the third of exit poll participants who said that, voted for Trump. This echoes Pew Research Center studies done in the last few months, showing Americans believe Trump will be better able to handle the economy, and that the economy was a top concern for voters. In response to claims from Trump that election officials were “finding Biden votes everywhere,” Wisconsin’s Elections Commission Administrator Meagan Wolfe reacted strongly during a Wednesday press conference.“Every piece of data is publicly available,” she said, reiterating that in Wisconsin, a voter has to register to vote with the county, then they have to formally request an absentee ballot, and that ballot then goes through a three-step canvas process to certify the results. She also said some municipalities are live streaming their canvas process, and all of them are open to the public.Wolfe said nearly all the votes in Wisconsin have been counted, and she focused on the state’s process of certifying the results and running audits on the voting machines, as prescribed by law.A recount in Wisconsin appears likely, state rules allow a losing candidate to request a recount if the margin is less than 1 percent.According to Trump’s campaign manager, Bill Stepien, they will ask for a recount.“There have been reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results. If someone is asking you for something like that, just don't believe it," said Vincent.FBI Special Agent Richard Baer specializes in white collar crime like this. He said scammers have become skilled in creating convincing stories."They sit full-time in a lot of different places around the world with information and the interconnection that we all have with social media and the internet. They're targeting people," said Baer.Baer said gift card transactions or someone asking for money very urgently are all signs that the person on the other end may not be who they say they are. Also, they tend to play on fans or people who seem like they're lonely."It can have real negative implications. It might cause strains in personal relationships," he said.It caused stress for Vincent, who said the victim's ex-wife has contacted her husband repeatedly, asking and accusing Vincent of sending her ex-husband naked photos. She wasn't."I am concerned that a wife, a jealous wife that thinks her husband is getting naked photos from me or is leaving her. That concerns me. I think it's getting into a dangerous situation," said Vincent.Even though Vincent, her husband and the FBI have all told the fan that he had been scammed, he's continuing to talk with the scammer.She said other fans have also been targeted, a police officer was contacted in a similar manner. A scammer was trying to get the officer's personal information."[They] said 'prove what a super fan that you are. We want you to prove it. Send us a check and we'll send you some merchandise. You sell the merchandise and prove to us what a super fan that you are.' They spoke with Sweep and Granzier, who both speak and read English.Police say the men understood the posted "no trespassing" signs, and claim they wanted to "look" at Area 51. Sweep and Granzier allegedly had cameras and a drone in their car.The men were arrested and taken to the Nye County Detention Center.In an interview at the jail, Sweep said he received instructions from a gas station attendant at Area 51 Alien Center, a tourist attraction near the site, on where to go to get a good view of Area 51. He claims he had no intention of crossing into the restricted federal property.
