We were formed by the military we serve the military with insurance, banking and life insurance products.”Kelly says there are 18 million military veterans in the United States who have served. He also served 25 years in the Air Force and says Honor Through Action is about togetherness during a time when we need it most.“I hope people gain a greater appreciation for the service and sacrifice that our military members and our families make for this nation. BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers executed the second largest methamphetamine bust recently along the southwest borders in CBP's history, according to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.A press release states that a driver of a tractor-trailer with a "shipment that was manifested as medical supplies," pulled up to the Otay Mesa cargo border in San Diego Friday morning. An agent there at the time decided to pull the truck over for a more thorough inspection. Imagining systems, similar to an x-ray, were used to investigate the trailer and revealed suspicious components in the back of the trailer.Officers offloaded more than 1,800 packages mixed with medical supplies. That's when they discovered more than 3,100 pounds of methamphetamine, 64 pounds of heroin, 29 pounds of fentanyl powder, and almost 37 pounds of fentanyl pills. The narcotics are estimated to have a street value of .2 million, according to the press release.“This massive seizure is a testament of what law enforcement agencies can do when we combine forces – prevent over million worth of deadly drugs from entering our country; thus saving countless lives from addiction and overdose deaths,” said DEA Special Agent in Charge John W. Attorney General Jeff Sessions is once again under scrutiny on Capitol Hill regarding his candor about Russia and the Trump campaign amid revelations that he rejected a suggestion to convene a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump last year.According to court filings unsealed this week, Trump campaign foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos suggested at a March 2016 meeting that he could use his connections to set up a meeting between Putin and Trump with the then-GOP candidate's national security team. An Instagram picture on Trump's account shows Sessions attended the meeting at which Papadopoulos made the suggestion.After Trump declined to rule out the idea, Sessions weighed in and rejected the proposed meeting, according to a person who attended. 799

At Tuesday’s presidential debate, President Donald Trump complained that poll watchers in Philadelphia were denied access to early voting in the critical battleground state.“I’m urging my supporters to go into the polls and watch very carefully because that’s what has to happen,” Trump said. “I am urging them to do it. As you know, today there was a big problem. In Philadelphia, they went in to watch. They’re called poll watchers, a very safe, very nice thing. They were thrown out. They weren’t allowed to watch. You know why? Because bad things happen in Philadelphia. Bad things.”Poll watching is generally a commonly-accepted democratic practice employed throughout the US. But there are questions on what constitutes a polling site.In Pennsylvania, voting centers are not considered polling locations. Early voting centers are locations where voters can pick up a mail-in ballot and can complete and return the ballot on-site. According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, poll watchers are to take a hands-off approach.For instance, poll watchers should not talk to voters, interfere with the voting process or campaign while on-site. Poll watchers, however, can watch for irregularities and report them to elections officials and political campaigns.There are generally limits on the number of poll watchers a campaign or party can designate. An accreditation process in 40 states means an ordinary citizen cannot walk into a polling site without some level of training, according to the Carter Center.
