(AP) -- A California man has been charged with poisoning eight homeless people with an incredibly spicy resin derived from chili peppers so that he could videotape their reactions.Authorities in Southern California's Orange County say 38-year-old William Robert Cable fed the victims food laced with oleoresin capsicum, which is twice as strong as pepper spray used by police.The victims suffered seizure-like symptoms, difficulty breathing, vomiting and intense mouth and stomach pain.
