(KGTV) -- The first major storm of the season moved into San Diego County Friday and is expected to bring cool and rainy weather to the region.According to the National Weather Service, the storm could dump as much as an inch of rain along the coast. A 40-year-old woman is under arrest after allegedly trying to break in to the school in south London where Prince George is a student, the Metropolitan Police said Wednesday.The incident took place Tuesday at Thomas's Battersea School, an independent fee-paying school with a yearly tuition of ￡17,604 (,000). The woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon and remains in custody, police said.The Metropolitan Police, which is part of the protective security arrangements for the prince, said it is working with the school to review its security after the incident. Police said the school "is responsible for building security on its site."It was not immediately clear if school was in session when the incident happened. A police spokesman said the arrest followed an incident in which "an individual gained access to (the school's) premises."The 4-year-old prince's first day of school was last Thursday, and he arrived holding the hand of his father, Prince William. (KGTV) - The man suspected of opening fire at a Church’s Chicken in Otay Mesa West earlier this month was arrested Friday in Memphis, Tennessee, the U.S. Marshals Service confirmed. Albert Blake is charged with shooting and killing Maribel Merino-Ibanez, 28, and wounding two men Nov. 6. The three victims were employees of the restaurant on Del Sol Boulevard. Police said the shooter had been to the Church's earlier in the day and tried to use a counterfeit bill to buy food. "The suspect got into a verbal argument with employees and left the restaurant. A baboon that was being transported escaped its cage Monday afternoon and ran loose in San Antonio International Airport, officials said.An airport spokesman said the baboon was cornered in the baggage handling area of Terminal B.American Airlines released a statement, saying the baboon was being taken to an animal sanctuary and refuge in the San Antonio area."We are working closely with the San Antonio Aviation Department and officials from the San Antonio Zoo. Officials from the zoo are now on-site to ensure his safety and well-being as he continues his journey to his new home at the primate sanctuary," the statement read.The baboon arrived on a flight from Chicago, according to American and CNN affiliate KSAT.No passengers or flights have been affected.
