For Leathers, yoga is a practice that feeds her mental well-being, and she'll continue offering online classes until we can all meet in person again. "We don't know if this is something that's going to be happening for two weeks, eight weeks or a few months," Leathers said. "So what we have to do is take this long-term view and start implementing tactics that will maintain this strong level of mental health for us right now.
