LaBella explained Attorney Robert Mueller is leaving it up to the Department of Justice to decide."I actually think it's the right call for him to make because he is not in the Department of Justice, he's a former prosecutor, he knows what the rules are, he knows what the standard is, but this is a Department of Justice policy decision," LaBella said.
