He ``simulated'' that he had a gun in his waistband and demanded money from the register. The clerk complied, and the man again escaped on foot. The suspect was described as a Hispanic man in his early 30s, about 5-feet-7-inches to 5-feet-9-inches tall and 180 to 200 pounds. In the first case, he was wearing a white construction hat, construction glasses, a dark-blue or black bandana on his head underneath the hat, black pants and black tennis shoes with white soles, Crime Stoppers said.During the second and third cases, the suspect was wearing an Anaheim Angels baseball cap, sunglasses, a dark-colored shirt, black pants and gray tennis shoes. (AP) — Authorities say divers have found the body of the last missing victim in a fatal boat fire that killed 34 people off the Southern California coast.The victim is one of 34 who died at sea last week near Santa Cruz Island. Previously some store workers did assembly work, such a constructing floor models, and janitorial work.
