BELGRADE, Sept. 7 (Xinhua) -- Serbia hopes to enhance mutually beneficial cooperation with China in various fields, including military, to advance bilateral relations to new levels, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has said.

With the platform connecting the country's 10 maritime courts and 39 relevant tribunals, plaintiffs no longer need to go to the court with jurisdiction but are allowed to choose from any of them to bring a maritime action, according to the Supreme People's Court (SPC) Thursday.

"China firmly upholds the principles and framework of the Convention, and remains committed to the principles of equity, 'common but differentiated responsibilities' and respective capabilities. We are working with various sides to advance the follow-up negotiation on the details of the Paris Agreement, and for the full, effective and sustained implementation of the Convention and the Agreement."

Hailing the achievements of cooperation under the BRI, Lao Deputy Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone said Laos will take an active role in building the Belt and Road.
