TASHKENT, April 24 (Xinhua) -- Uzbek President Islam Karimov and visiting Chinese State Councilor Meng Jianzhu both have pledged to deepen the mutually beneficial cooperation between their countries. Hui urged builders, mainly from other parts of China to aid Qinghai's reconstruction efforts, to carefully carry out rebuilding projects with high efficiency and quality.
