(KGTV) -- The search for a woman who owns a flower shop in Rancho Santa Fe has ended Monday night after authorities say Penelope Elizabeth Bax was found alive.Bax’s sister said she was spotted in Hirz Bay, a campground off of Lake Shasta, which has 6,200 miles of rivers and streams.Her sister says she thinks Bax ran out of gas in her Mercedes RV and her cell phone was dead.Bax was found dehydrated but stable and was airlifted to a local hospital. Her dog Walter is also being treated.The search for the 63-year-old began on March 31 after deputies with the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office learned that Bax was traveling to a family member’s home in Washington but hadn’t arrived yet.According to deputies, Bax left Vista on March 26. She was expected to arrive in Washington on March 29 but never showed up. 845

So many people have expressed an interest in attending President Donald Trump’s rally Saturday in Tulsa, Oklahoma, that the governor said he’s asked the campaign to consider a larger, outdoor venue to accommodate them.Gov. Kevin Stitt said Monday after talking with Trump and Vice President Mike Pence that nearly one million people have requested tickets to the event. Some Trump supporters have already started waiting in line outside the 19,000-seat BOK Center in downtown Tulsa.“We’re excited we’re being recognized as one of the first states to safely and measurably reopen,” Stitt told reporters Monday. “I’m looking for a potential other venue that maybe we could move it outside. Starbucks CEO Kevin Johnson called the arrest of two black men at a Philadelphia store last week "reprehensible" and promised to take action so that it doesn't happen again.A store manager called the police because the two men were sitting in the store without placing an order. They were arrested for trespassing. The customers said they were waiting for another man to arrive. That person arrived at the store as they were being arrested.A Starbucks spokesperson says the manager in the store who called police is no longer working in that store, although she would not comment if she is working at another location.Johnson said there would be more training for staff on the issue of "unconscious bias.""I've been very focused on understanding what guidelines and what training ever let this happen," he said. "What happened was wrong and we will fix it."Johnson had already posted apologies on the company's website. He said the company wanted to "express our deepest apologies to the two men who were arrested with a goal of doing whatever we can to make things right." He said he hoped to meet with the two men in person to make a face-to-face apology. It includes evidence-based actions to improve outcomes and overall health.Improvements include things the country still hasn't got a grip on, like critical supply and drug shortages, increasing testing, an setting national standards for face coverings.“There is literally no risk to wearing a mask for the average person. You may be uncomfortable, you may be hot, you may break out, but it is nowhere as uncomfortable as it would be for having me or one of my colleagues intubate you and put you on a ventilator for an extended period of time,” said Dr. Atul Grover, Executive Director at the AAMC Research and Action Institute.A recent study by Duke of various face masks found the N95 respirator with no valve is the most effective.
