A trip to "The Happiest Place On Earth" turned into a nightmare, according to an Inland Empire woman who spent two nights at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim. Ivy Eldridge was a guest at the hotel back in April, when she claims she was bitten by bed bugs, suffering physical, financial and emotional damages, according to a complaint filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Eldridge has hired attorney Brian Virag, who specializes in bedbug litigation, to bring a lawsuit against the hotel, along with the Walt Disney Co. and Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. Virag claims that Eldridge was bitten all over her upper body, including her face, ears, arm, neck and back. "People put trust in the Disney name and pay top dollar to stay at the Disneyland Hotel," Virag said. "In this case, Ms. Eldridge's trust was betrayed." Virag is also currently representing Victoria's Secret model Sabrina Jales St. Pierre, in a bed bug related lawsuit being brought against Embassy Suites Palm Desert. "Bed bugs don't discriminate," Virag said. "They are found in hotels throughout the country and worldwide. A small sinkhole opened in the White House lawn on Tuesday, causing a section of the lawn to be roped off. The sinkhole is in the north lawn of the White House. White House groundskeepers placed a wooden board over the sinkhole.  247

A Tennessee woman was behind a security threat that placed the White House on lockdown.The vehicle that rammed the security gate Friday afternoon is registered to Jessica R. Ford, a woman who has had run-ins with Secret Service in the past. The car also had Rutherford County tags.The incident report says Ford intentionally hit the fixed security barrier with her car while holding a gun in her hand behind the wheel.According to the report, Ford hit the gate, and continued to accelerate, while an officer demanded she put the gun down multiple times. Witnesses reported seeing smoke from her vehicle's tires.When she did not comply,  the officer removed the gun from hand before she was pulled from behind the steering wheel.Once they pulled her out of the driver's side window, they handcuffed her and searched the vehicle.The White House was placed on lockdown for about an hour during the investigation. The Secret Service confirmed no shots were fired during the incident, and no law enforcement personnel were injured.President Trump was inside the White House at the time, hosting Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull. Turnbull remained at the White House as the incident was being investigated.The incident wasn't Ford's first run-in with secret service. According to reports, Ford tried to get past security and scale a fence at the White House in April, May and July of 2017.  She was arrested and charged with unlawful entry and ordered to stay away from the White House grounds.Ford has a lengthy criminal history in Tennessee as well. In 2003, she was charged with DUI and prescription fraud. From 2004 to 2006 she was charged with multiple counts of violation of probation and resisting arrest. In 2011,  in Nashville she was charged with criminal trespassing.The Secret Services said Ford is now facing multiple charges in connection to Friday's incident including Unlawful Entry, Carrying a Pistol without a License, and Destruction of Government Property.Learn more about Friday's incident here. 2113

A man was accidentally killed by a chainsaw Monday while helping a neighbor cut tree branches during Hurricane Irma cleanup.Authorities say a branch became entangled with the chainsaw. It kicked up and cut Wilfredo Hernandez's throat.Hillsborough County Fire Rescue responded and used a harness to lower him from the tree, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.The map below shows where the incident happened. 419

A telltale facial expression and anxious elevator behavior — both jumped out as odd signs to body language expert Dr. Jack Brown that something was not right with Stephen Paddock."There's not any one thing that says 'this guy's a killer,' or 'whoops, this is an absolute call the police right now kind of behavior,'" said Dr. Brown. "But there are definitely anxiety tells and abnormal behavior to the point where it depends on your screening level."RELATED: Video shows Stephen Paddock's actions at Mandalay Bay before shootingMeaning how much attention was being paid by those watching Paddock's movements at Mandalay Bay, if anyone was watching the high roller as he came and went over days, gambling all night long and carting in load after load of luggage."He seemed like he really went out of his way to make it look casual," said Dr. Brown. "Take up the luggage not all at once - multiple trips - he really planned it out."So calculated, Brown said it was spooky.And a spooky demeanor is part of what he sees in one of Paddock's facial expressions."That center forehead going up, a little bit of a mouth smile, that's a person with low empathy and low sincerity and that's also got a very high correlation with sociopathic behavior."It's an expression we all make once in a while, but Brown said those who do it a lot raise red flags.  He blogs about the expression on the faces of convicted serial killers and foreign leaders like Russian President Vladimir Putin.  Dr. Brown also noticed Paddock's elevator behavior."He's got his legs crossed and his center of gravity is way off," he said.He said that might not seem abnormal in the moment, but in hindsight it shows significant anxiety. In another video clip, Paddock's "got his hands in his pockets and he's doing this (rocking back and forth) at the elevator. That's significant for anxiety."And while the behavior itself isn't necessarily incriminating, Dr. Brown said it's all about the context."And that's particularly - the elevator thing was extremely out of context," he explained.Once inside the elevator, he noted how - multiple times - Paddock backs into the corner even though he's alone."And the corner he chose was the corner with the camera, such that the camera showed the top of his head and not his face," Dr. Brown said. "Even if there wasn't a camera, that's odd behavior.
