(CNN) -- The nightmare for gamers is over: Fortnite is back online with a new chapter. The hugely popular video game came back online Tuesday after a two-day outage while its next iteration was prepped. Users went into a panic Sunday afternoon when the landscape in the game blew up, dragging players into a black hole. They were left watching a mostly dark screen and a spinning black hole, with no way to play.Fortnite's latest chapter features an all-new island with new weapons. Developer Epic Games released a trailer that quickly garnered excitement among its rabid fans.Fortnite is one of the most widely played video games. Even during the weekend's outage, roughly 100,000 people were watching a livestream of the black hole on Twitch. Rod Breslau, an esports and gaming consultant, estimates that millions of gamers in total tuned in just for that.Several Twitch channels were carrying the new chapter live on Tuesday, with the most popular channel garnering nearly 100,000 viewers. Tens of thousands more were watching it on YouTube.Fortnite is a huge money maker for Epic and its founder and CEO, Tim Sweeney. The free game makes money from its in-game currency, V-bucks, which is used to buy weapons and other accessories.Last month, Sweeney landed on the Forbes 400 list of richest Americans for the first time. The magazine placed Sweeney at the 150th spot with an estimated net worth of .5 billion.CNN Business' Clare Duffy and Shannon Liao contributed to this report. 1494

(KGTV) — Disneyland's "Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge" expansion will host the park's most complex attraction ever — and possibly at any theme park.During Star Wars Celebration this weekend in Chicago, Disney's Imagineering team dished on "Galaxy's Edge" attractions and the creation of the land. Part of that came a few tidbits regarding the second highly-anticipated ride coming this year: "Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance."RELATED: The rides, foods, toys you'll get to enjoy at Disneyland's 'Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge'"This is the biggest attraction we’ve ever built," Scott Trowbridge, Portfolio Creative Executive at Walt Disney Imagineering, said during the presentation. "It should be epic, because, Star Wars, right? That’s why we’re going big with this attraction."A trailer teasing the attraction was played for the Chicago audience showing various scenes from "Rise of the Resistance," images Trowbridge said were captured directly from inside the attraction.“It is the biggest, it is one of the most complex attraction experiences that we or anyone else has ever built," Trowbridge said.RELATED: Disney's Star Wars land: The good, the bad — and no Fast Passes?"Rise of the Resistance" pits riders smack dab inside a First Order Star Destroyer, as they try to escape a fleet of Stormtroopers and Kylo Ren himself. Guests journey through the attraction on a trackless vehicle, meeting Rey (actress Daisy Ridley), Finn (actor John Boyega), and Poe (actor Oscar Isaac) along the way. There are even life-size recreations of Poe Dameron's X-Wing and A-Wing fighters and TIE fighters.Imagineers also revealed custom bottles of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite and Dasani coming to the "Star Wars" land, fashioned into a droid-like shape and covered in Aurebesh, a fictional language used in the film franchise. "Galaxy's Edge" opens at Disneyland to the public on May 31 and on August 29 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Florida. 1934

(KGTV) — For Manny Machado, it's a role he doesn't take to heart, but one he understands."I always will be the villain, no matter what," Machado told the New York Post. "I don't know why. That is just stuff I have to deal with, and I have been okay dealing with that situation. That doesn't bother me."The newest San Diego Padres comes in with an infamous past. RELATED: San Diego Padres sell out Opening Day game with Manny MachadoLast season, during the Los Angeles Dodgers' World Series run, Machado didn't please some fans after spiking Boston Red Sox first baseman Steve Pearce's foot. Or when colliding with Milwaukee Brewers' Jesus Aguilar during the National League Championship Series. His comment that he's not a "Johnny Hustle" kind-of player also irked some.Whether it be a 10-year, 0 million contract with the Padres or maturing as a player, Machado told the Post he's prepared to push the noise aside and focus on his game.“I can only control what I do on the field. I can control how good of a teammate I am. How good of a baseball player I am. I am not going to say that I don’t regret some of the things I have done," Machado said. “I have done some pretty dumb things. I am not going to lie. I see the things I have done. And I have done some dumb things. "At the same time, I have done things that get blown out of the water and suddenly I am that guy. At the end of the day, I play baseball and I don’t let anything else get in my head.”RELATED: San Diego Padres introduce new acquisition Manny MachadoAnd as for San Diego, he's confident he's found the right home.“It is a little far away from home, but we couldn’t be happier with our decision, we really couldn’t,” Machado told the Post.To read more of the Post's interview with Machado, click here. 1782
