(KGTV) -- A woman who escaped from the Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility in Santee in early April pleaded not guilty Monday. 22-year-old Destiny Guns pleaded not guilty to six charges related to the escape. Guns was the first woman ever to escape from the Santee Jail, deputies say. Guns reportedly climbed over several fences and walls during the escape. (KGTV) -- A man was arrested over the weekend after a sideshow on the San Francisco Bay Bridge created miles of traffic.In video posted on social media, three cars are seen doing donuts in the middle of the bridge around 10:45 a.m. Sunday.One of the drivers, Gabriel Mora, 21, crashed his white mustang convertible, giving California Highway Patrol to make the arrest.Hours later, several other cars were caught on video burning rubber in the parking lot of pier 30 just south of the bridge.Residents who live in the area say they often call police about the car shows, but say they usually happen late at night. Police said the incident on the bridge caused traffic to back up for miles. 718

(KGTV) — San Marcos is taking a stricter stance on pet control.A newly passed ordinance allows the city to label people “irresponsible pet owners” and levy harder penalties.The city or the San Diego County Humane Society can impound the animals of people who are declared “irresponsible owners” under the ordinance and ban hem from owning any animals for up to three years.According to the rules, an “irresponsible owner” is an individual who has received three of more citations in the last two years for an unrestrained animal, guard dog, dangerous animal or nuisance violation.Dangerous animals per the ordinance are those that have attacked a person or another domestic animal two times within four years, or have injured or killed a person once within four years. 795
