Pet owners around the country are starting to get the answers, with help from a device teaching animals how to talk."I really wanted a smart dog because I was pretty invested in the training process," said Alexis Devine, from Tacoma, Washington.Devine knew early on she wanted to test the boundaries of communication with her Sheepadoodle, Bunny. She uses 'walk' a lot, 'ball', 'tug', and 'hippo' are really popular. 'Love you, mom,' are really popular," Devine said. Now, with over 40 buttons, Bunny is starting to form sentences."One of her longest sentences to date was, 'Home. Concerned. Soon poop, yes,' which felt very much like a toddler," Devine explained. "Like, 'I have to poop right now. We're in the house. I don't want to be.'" In addition to narrating what's happening around her, Bunny communicates what she wants and how she feels."A couple of days ago she pressed 'help' and then 'ouch' and put her left front paw on my hand, and I started looking between her paws and found a foxtail," Devine recalled. "It's going to be expensive to ship it back."Eager to open what she thought might have been a gift from a family member, Rutherford rushed to open the package."I opened it up, and I initially thought that this packaging was packaging around whatever was stuck in the middle of this box," she said. "I kept digging, and no, there was nothing in there. Just more of these packages."When Rutherford realized the package must have been sent by mistake, she tried to return it to the post office, but she said it was denied."They said the box was addressed to you. You opened, it's yours," Rutherford said.Now, she's stuck with hundreds of little packages."It's like I've been hired to do something," she said.Melanie McGovern of the Better Business Bureau says Rutherford was likely the victim of a "reshipping scam," where a company will send a package to a random recipient and ask them to send it out to other people."A lot of times, you're never going to get reimbursed for the money that you spend shipping. You don't know what's in the packaging. It could be things that are illegal," McGovern said.McGovern says companies can get a hold of a victim's shipping information when they apply to things like stay at home warehouse jobs or online Secret Santa sign-ups."A lot of people fall for this scam, especially during the pandemic," she said. So keep track of that stuff."From now on, Rutherford said she's going to be extra careful when it comes to opening packages."I would warn people to do the same thing," she said. GRANT COUNTY, Ind. -- Two people are dead after two small planes crashed at an airport in Grant County Monday evening in Central Indiana.The crash happened around 5 p.m. at the Marion Municipal Airport off in Marion. According to the Federal Aviation Administration, a single-engine Cessna 150 collided on the ground with a Cessna 525 CitationJet. Preliminary investigation indicates that the Cessna 150 was attempting to take off at 5:09 p.m. when it struck the tail of the Citation, which had just landed. "The airport in Marion does not have an air traffic control tower," the FAA said in a statement. "Pilots using the field are expected to announce their intentions on a common radio frequency and to coordinate with one another while on the ground and in the traffic pattern."The Cessna 150 was carrying two people and the Citation had five passengers on board. Grant County Coroner Chris Butche says two people were killed in the crash."FAA investigators are on their way to the scene, and the National Transportation Safety Board has been notified," the FAA said in a statement to RTV6.
