(KGTV) — Stark similarities between a San Francisco brewery's beer can and the iconic soft drink cups used at In-N-Out prompted the burger chain to issue a cease and desist letter, though not without some light-hearted humor.Seven Stills Brewing recently crafted a new Neapolitan-style beer called "In-N-Stout," wrapped in a design resembling the much-loved burger chain's cup featuring palm trees and its signature yellow arrow.The resemblance is uncanny. (KGTV) - The nearing Deferred Action for Childhood Act deadline is prompting artists to get their take immigrants' experiences out before the government’s decision.San Diego Border Dreamers hosted a fundraiser featuring all immigration-related art. More than 40 artists from around California donated various works for the show that was held at Bread and Salt in Barrio Logan.All proceeds from the artwork sold went the group and effort to get a clean DACA bill.“I hope with this we are able to enlighten people about our experience for those that are not fully aware what we go through,” said Dulce Garcia, a DACA recipient.  659

(KGTV) - Leave it to Hollywood professionals to come up with the best block party on Halloween.A group of Santa Monica homes along 16th St. is known for decorations so elaborate, they drew a crowd of 15,000 visitors Tuesday night.The Hollywood Reporter identified one of the homes as belonging to filmmaker Kenneth Carlson and singer-songwriter Katrina Carlson.A 10News viewer said local police cordoned off the street to provide a traffic-free zone. 478

(KGTV) - The search for a young East San Diego County man will be profiled this month by missing persons investigator John Walsh. Twenty-year-old Elijah Runningbear Diaz, a member of the Barona Tribe, was last seen Aug. 29, 2015 in El Cajon. His mother dropped him off at his home on Joey Lane about 10 p.m. Diaz’ mother reported him missing the next day - the day his cell phone was turned off. There was no further activity on his bank account or social media. RELATED: Family still searching for missing El Cajon man Officers found a 50-inch television had been removed from his bedroom along with his sheets and the contents of a safe. Diaz has type one diabetes and, at the time of his disappearance, had a serious foot injury that required him to use crutches. He also has a bear claw tattoo on his inner left forearm. El Cajon Police joined Diaz’ friends and relatives for a door-to-door search near his home in 2015. 10 p.m. UPDATE: Fire has been 100% contained. Only 1/2 acre burned, according to Solana Beach Fire Department.-------------------SOLANA BEACH, Calif. (KGTV) -- Fire crews are responding after a bush fire broke out in Solana Beach Thursday night. According to crews, the blaze started near Interstate 5 south near Lomas Santa Fe. Currently, the blaze has burned less than an acre and has a slow rate of spread. Approximately five homes were threatened by the blaze. The San Diego County Sheriff's Department urged the homes to evacuate, but no mandatory evacuations were issued. Watch video of the fire below: 617
