More than a hundred people in the Cleveland area are facing federal charges relating to crimes targeted under Operation Legend, according to an update from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.A total of 101 people have been charged. Of those, 59 people have been brought up on narcotics charges, authorities said. On more than one occasion she’s found herself hungry and headed to the university’s new “nutritional lounge.” It’s a place where students can come and get food they can’t afford. “There is certainly a financial constraint being in college,” Becton said.
