The extension of the curfew will help in keeping the community of Santee safe while protecting our residents and local businesses."Monday night, San Diego Sheriff's Department says that two people were arrested after allegedly pointing a gun at a group of people gathered at the intersection of Cuyamaca Street and Mission Gorge Road.SDSO said a woman pointed a handgun at the group, before a traffic deputy spotted the reported vehicle and stopped the driver. (KGTV) - Police say they've located the two young boys who went missing late Monday night from their home in Escondido. Both boys were found safe in Oceanside by their uncle, according to authorities. Police said 9-year-old Zackariah Valdez and 11-year-old Daniel Cisneros went missing from their home on the 1500 block of W. Valley Parkway at 10 p.m. Monday, prompting an hours-long search. Throughout the day, the two boys were spotted in several locations before their uncle found them later in the afternoon. The children's mother spoke after the two young boys were located. Viviana Valdez said there was a woman who helped take care of her kids after they went missing. “There was a lady who sheltered my kids for a little bit and fed them and again I don’t know who you are, but I want to say thank you. Thank you for, you know, taking them out of the cold and feeding them,” said Valdez. 938

(KGTV) — Recently released video shows a Florida deputy rushing to save a toddler left in a hot car overnight on Father's Day.Seminole County Sheriff's deputy Bill Dunn responded to a call for a stolen vehicle with a child possibly inside on June 17, 2018, in Sanford, Fla.Dunn arrived to find a 2005 Toyota Corolla with its windows rolled up. Inside was a young girl, visibly in and out of consciousness. She had been inside the car for roughly 12 hours, according to the Miami Herald.RELATED: Infant dies?after being left in hot car in Florida"Sadly I didn't think she was alive when I got to her," Dunn told Seminole County Sheriff's Office (SCSO).
