Rich Benoit runs a YouTube channel called Rich Rebuilds, and he quickly built a reputation for being the do-it-yourself guru of electric vehicles. I just kind of went with my gut and said to myself, ‘this kind of makes sense. "I started a company that actually fixes electric vehicles now, which is really unexpected but cool at the same time,” Benoit says. WASHINGTON — Federal prosecutors have declined to charge former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, closing an investigation into whether he lied to federal officials about his involvement in a news media disclosure.
