The Federal Aviation Administration will begin its own investigation of a deadly plane crash at an airport in Addison, Texas, in which a private plane crashed into a hangar Sunday killing all 10 people aboard, the FAA said in a statement.Addison spokesman Ed Martelle told CNN that the private plane was leaving the airport when it veered into the hangar before bursting into flames Sunday morning shortly after 9 a.m. local time.National Transportation Safety Board Chairman Bruce Landsberg told reporters during a news conference Sunday night that two victims were members of the flight crew and the other eight were passengers on the Beechcraft Super King Air 350 aircraft.The victims have not yet been identified as authorities are still notifying their families, Landsberg said.Members of the NTSB arrived on the scene to investigate the crash Sunday afternoon and began assessing the damage to the plane immediately, Jennifer Rodi, senior air safety investigator with the NTSB, told reporters.The plane suffered damage from the force of the impact and the fire that broke out after the crash, Rodi said.Rodi said the NTSB is aware of three videos of the incident and is currently reviewing them. She urged anyone else with video to send it to the NTSB for review.The plane was scheduled to fly from Addison -- about 15 miles north of Dallas -- to St. Petersburg, Florida, Martelle said.But just after take off the plane veered and crashed into a private hangar, damaging two aircraft inside, Landsberg said.The fire department was just 220 yards from the crash, Martelle added, so the response was immediate and the fire in the hangar was extinguished.No cause for the crash is known but a preliminary report is expected in two weeks, Landsberg said.Landsberg said the plane recently changed owners and the tail number information was not immediately available.Eight investigators with the NTSB arrived Sunday and five more specialists are on their way to assist in the investigation, Landsberg said. 2018

And as a result, numerous investigations have now been launched at the federal, state and local level.In late July Epstein was found injured in his jail cell with marks on his neck.He was placed on suicide watch following the incident.On Friday a federal appeals court unsealed nearly 2,000 pages of records related to a civil case against a victim and the woman who allegedly procured teens for Epstein. The Army Corp of Engineers is looking at more than 300 facilities nationwide that it could turn into hospitals.New York City’s Javits Convention Center opened as a temporary hospital on Monday. Thousands of beds are now set up to receive patients who are not suffering from COVID-19.The field hospital is staffed with hospital units from Fort Campbell and Fort Hood.Wayne Brackin, the CEO of Kidz Medical Services, has experience with field hospitals and hospital hurricane responses in Florida. He says the Army can set up a field hospital in just weeks. “It will have the feeling of being in a mass unit,” said Brackin. “You'll come into a different kind of facility. They'll be higher levels of security. You're clearly in most cases going to be going into a structure that's been built and will have a lot of components that will look like a very sophisticated version of a tent.”Brackin says an advantage of an existing structure is it's typically climate controlled.The Army is sending field hospitals to Washington state and New Jersey. It says they'll be running by April 2.Navy hospital ships that arrived in New York and outside Los Angeles have started accepting non-COVID-19 patients.A field hospital also opened Tuesday in New York City’s Central Park. It's run by Christian humanitarian aid organization Samaritan's Purse. The group usually brings doctors to extreme medical situations around the world.The Central Park field hospital is designed as a respiratory care unit. They plan to see dozens of coronavirus patients.The organization says it's bringing-in a large disaster response team with doctors and nurses. 1643
