They say they have video of the incident and Hunter was identified from a screen grab of that video.According to the complaint, Hunter made statements on social media describing what he did in Minneapolis.Police in Austin, Texas, stopped a pickup truck on June 3 in which Hunter was a passenger for multiple traffic violations. Hunter had six loaded magazines for a semiautomatic rifle in a tactical vest he was wearing. Officers also found multiple firearms in the truck.Several days after the stop, federal investigators learned of Hunter’s online affiliation with Boogaloo Bois member Steven Carrillo.Federal prosecutors have charged Carrillo in the death of a federal protective officer in Oakland, California, during a protest over Floyd’s death on the same night Hunter allegedly opened fire in Minneapolis.MacDonald said Hunter made his initial court appearance Thursday in San Antonio, Texas. The boy said yes, and Copenhaver told him to take it off and asked to shake his hand.The boy refused, according to police, then Copenhaver grabbed the boy’s hand and said “you now have coronavirus” while standing close enough to the boy for spit to land on his face.The police report also notes that Copenhaver was believed to be under the influence of alcohol, and tried to hit an employee at the restaurant who asked him to sit down. Staff was able to walk him outside and hold him on the ground until police arrived.Once in custody, Copenhaver told police he doesn’t know if he has coronavirus and has never been tested. 936

It also included a sticker of Hillary Clinton in a sniper's crosshairs and a "CNN Sucks!" sticker.Police covered the van in a tarp and drove it to a nearby facility.It's unclear if the van belongs to Cesar Sayoc, the man arrested in connection with the package bombs, though it was located in a parking lot of the same auto parts store in which Sayoc was arrested.At least 12 package bombs were sent to liberal politicians and donors this week.
