NEW YORK (AP) — Justin Bieber is hoping the coronavirus pandemic is over by next summer.New dates have been announced for his previously scheduled 2020 tour, which will now take place in 2021. Tickets for his original 2020 tour will be honored on the new dates.The Justin Bieber World Tour was originally planned to begin in May but was postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic. AEG Presents says the 45-date tour will kick off on June 2, 2021, in San Diego. Nineteen new dates have been added to the tour, and the original stops have been rerouted, according to AEG. Kehlani and Jaden Smith were originally also participating in the 2020 tour. NEWPORT BEACH (CNS) - President Donald Trump is scheduled to come to Orange County Sunday for a private fundraiser at tech mogul Palmer Luckey's estate, it was reported Friday.The news came Thursday, just as latest fundraising numbers showed the president falling behind former Vice President Joe Biden in campaign cash, The Orange County Register reported.Biden reportedly raised a record-breaking 3 million in September to Trump's 7.8 million. And Biden reported 2 million in cash heading into October vs. Trump's 1 million.Invitations for Sunday's fundraiser at Luckey's Newport Beach home show tickets ranging from ,800 for an individual admission to 0,000 for a couple to attend and take a photo with the president, according to the Register. Ric Grenell, Trump's former acting Director of National Intelligence, is also slated to be a special guest at the event.The event was originally slated to take place Oct. 6, but was postponed after Trump contracted the coronavirus. The president says he no longer feels ill and his doctors have cleared him for public appearances. North Korea has agreed to refrain from conducting nuclear and missile tests while engaging in dialogue with South Korea, Seoul's national security chief Chung Eui-yong said Tuesday after returning from a meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.Chung added that Pyongyang also expressed willingness to talk to the United States "in an open-ended dialogue to discuss the issue of denuclearization and to normalize relations with North Korea."Chung said that as part of the dialogue, the two Koreas would hold a summit next month, the first of its kind in more than a decade.The last inter-Korean summit was in 2007, when South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun met Kim's father, late North Korean leader Kim Jong Il.The meeting will be held at the Panmunjom Peace House on the South Korean side of the demilitarized zone that divides the two countries, Chung said.Pyongyang and Seoul will also open a communication hotline that will enable Kim and South Korean President Moon Jae-in to speak directly.Moon sent Chung and four other top government officials to Pyongyang Monday, when they met with Kim and some of his top aides.It's believed to be the first time the young North Korean leader has ever met with any officials from South Korea since taking power in 2011.Developing story - more to come  1312

NORTH OGDEN, Utah — Officials at a Utah healthcare system say caretakers from a nursing facility brought a patient to a COVID-19 testing site on Sunday, but upon arrival found that the patient was dead."When the nursing facility's van reached the drive-thru testing tent, their patient was unresponsive, cold to the touch, and likely deceased," a statement from Intermountain Healthcare read. "The testing-site caregivers immediately called 911 but EMS workers could not revive the individual. Caregivers acted quickly and followed correct procedures. The testing center was fully staffed and there were lower testing volumes."The patient was identified as a 71-year-old man.Erin Goff, a spokesperson for Intermountain Healthcare, said she was unsure how long the man was waiting for his COVID-19 test.Testing lines on Monday were very long, with dozens of cars spilling out onto the street because they did not fit into the clinic's parking lot.Neal Berube, the mayor of North Ogden, is also a member of the Intermountain Healthcare Board of Trustees.He did not want to speak on behalf of the hospital but called his initial reaction to the case "alarming" as he awaits more information."The line is quite long, which I believe is the case at most testing facilities today... the waits could be up to several hours long," Berube said.Deputy Chief Jeremiah Jones of the North View Fire District said the patient was discovered in "cardiac respiratory arrest.""Cardiac respiratory arrest is when you have no heartbeat and you're not breathing on your own," Jones said.It's unclear how the 71-year-old patient died.Cardiac respiratory arrest could be caused by complications from COVID-19 or a variety of other medical reasons, Jones said."We don't diagnose in the field," Jones said. "Our job is to just treat the symptoms that we see and the signs that we see. We don't make any diagnosis."Berube said he believes the patient was seeking a COVID-19 test to prepare for an upcoming surgery."I think until an autopsy is performed, we probably shouldn't jump to conclusions," he said. "It would be very unfortunate to try to place blame on what happened here... the anxiety, the fear that's present in our community, it just gets compounded when we jump to conclusions."When asked if there were enough staff members at the testing site to handle the number of patients, Berube said it's difficult for officials to plan ahead."Safety of patients and the community is number one. I believe that if additional resources are identified, then Intermountain Healthcare, following their values and their mission, that they would make sure resources are there," Berube said. "Any given day, you don't know how many patients are going to show up to get tested. NEW YORK — Indoor dining in New York City will close beginning Monday amid the rising spread of COVID-19 increased hospitalizations linked to the virus, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Friday.“We said that we would watch it if the hospitalization rate didn’t stabilize, we would close indoor dining. It is not,” Cuomo said.Outdoor dining and takeout will continue, he added.The increasing rate of transmission has been a problem, especially in densely populated areas, Cuomo said.The governor added that the state will monitor indoor dining data in areas outside of New York City and orange zones. Adjustments will be made next week if needed. When asked about a timeline on reopening the city's indoor dining, Cuomo's team said the state will be looking over cases and hospitalizations over the next two weeks.Earlier this week, Cuomo said any region with an unstable hospitalization rate for more than five days would see new restrictions on indoor dining.He said New York City would see a full closure on indoor dining while regions outside of the city would see a reduction to 25% capacity. Amid the announcement of closing indoor dining, Cuomo called on the federal government to provide restaurants and bars with relief in the next stimulus package.The state will do what it can to assist these businesses, including extending the commercial eviction moratorium, Cuomo said.“So, if a business can’t pay rent because of this situation, they won’t be evicted,” he said.The adjustments restaurants have made are "remarkable," Cuomo added. Heat lamps and partial enclosures are working, according to the governor, but he hopes that indoor dining closures will only be for a short period of time."I understand they're going to sustain economic damage, and I think the federal government should reimburse them for it. If the state is in a position to reimburse them for it, we will," he said.
