He was charged with homicide and Krystal was later arrested and charged with aggravated child neglect or endangerment.Crews in Dickson County, Tennessee vowed they wouldn't stop searching until the young boy was brought home and laid to rest.A legal battle is looming especially since Joe Clyde Daniel's body still has not been found. It is a simple question sure to be asked by the public defender: without a body can prosecutors even prove that Joe Clyde Daniels is dead?Yes, it's true his father Joseph Daniels is said to have confessed to beating the child to death, but without actually having a body it's not a done deal."Certainly it's a more difficult case if they have nothing to back up the confession," said attorney Jim Todd, who's closely followed the case.He said there certainly could be other evidence, perhaps blood from the scene, cadaver dogs hitting on a scent or even witness testimony potentially from the child's mother."There's a good chance, and this is a guess, the wife is charged as a leverage point on her to get her to roll," said Todd.But then there's this: Daniel's father says he believes prosecutors coerced the confession out of his son.  What happens if he recants his statement and insists he is innocent?"The jury will hear the statement and determine on their own if he was coerced or gave this confession or not," said Todd.That situation would only occur if the case goes to trial, and a trial is a long way off. Dorothy “Dot” Cole a happy birthday in a special video posted on Facebook on Saturday.The USMC says Cole was born on Sept. 19, 1913 in Warren, Pennsylvania, and enlisted in the Marine Corps after the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941.“Everyone was out doing something, the women helping The Red Cross or even in churches, they were knitting things, so I decided that I wanted to do something and I would go into the Marine Corps,” said Cole in the video.Cole was part of a female integration into what were considered male-dominated career fields within the Marine Corps during World War II, according to the USMC. Zackrydz Rodzi said his phone went missing from his bedroom but there was no sign of robbery. He used his brother’s phone to call his own device and found it covered in mud under a palm tree. A bigger surprise came when he found a series of monkey selfies and videos recorded in the phone. Most of the images were blurry, but some showed the monkey’s face. KANSAS CITY, Mo. - As a former traveling nurse, Samantha Hessing said several companies reach out to her almost every day with offers to send her to hospitals that are in dire need while battling COVID-19."There’s a nursing shortage, that's never gone away," Hessing said, "and all that's happening now is these big hospitals are providing enough cash offers to draw a vast majority of them."Though its grueling work, the pay can be upwards of ,000 per week."I've seen numbers anywhere from ,600 a week, up to almost ,000 a week," Hessing said. "That is with mandatory overtime. So some of those contracts, it is written in that you'll work 48 or 60 hours a week."But Hessing also said the higher the pay, the shorter contract – about 6 to 8 weeks instead of the usual 13 weeks.Traveling nurses have made up about 6% of Truman Medical Centers' nursing staff since COVID-19 broke out."The ability to supplement that with agency or traveling staff is certainly helpful.
