SAN YSIDRO, Calif. (KGTV) -- A new apartment complex in San Ysidro promises to offer more than 100 affordable apartments to residents. The building, called Paseo La Paz, was made possible in part due to a .3 million grant from the City of San Diego and will offer 137 affordable units. The complex targets families with incomes from 50 to 60 percent of San Diego’s median income – approximately ,000 per year for a family of four.
