Former MLB players Luis Valbuena and Jose Castillo have been killed in a car crash in Venezuela, according to multiple media reports.  The two were teammates on a winter ball team in Venezuela at the time of the crash on Thursday. Castillo was 37 at the time of his death and finished his career with the Houston Astros. Following the recent death of a fraternity pledge, Florida State University has banned all fraternities and sororities.Tallahassee, Florida police said Pi Kappa Phi pledge Andrew Coffey, 20, died at an off-campus chapter party on Friday, Nov. 3. Investigators collected alcohol bottles at the scene but have not released an official cause of death for Coffey. The bottles collected were scattered on the porch of the home where the party took place.Coffey was found unresponsive just after 10 a.m. Friday. 528
