(KGTV) — The man whose body was discovered floating off-shore in the South Bay this week has been identified.Zabiullah Rahmani, 29, was found after he entered the water near an Imperial Beach lifeguard tower during the early morning hours of Aug. 4. Officials said Rahmani was at the beach with a friend when he entered the water.
