(KGTV) — Long Beach Police and transit officials are investigating whether a crime was committed this week when a man in a suit dragged an unconscious, partially naked man off a train, leaving him on the platform.[Warning: graphic video] Cell phone video shows the moments when the man dragged the other man off the train at about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday. The man recording the video says the unconscious man had just suffered a seizure, Los Angeles ABC-affiliate KABC reported.The man in the suit then grabs the unconscious man's belongings and tosses them off the train and returns to his seat.The man recording the video argued with the man in the suit about what he had done. The two of them continued to argue for about five minutes before the man in the suit gets off the train to check on the unconscious man.Medics eventually arrive to help the unconscious man, who was taken to a nearby hospital. His condition is not yet clear.Police and train officials are now investigating if the man in the suit committed a crime by dragging the man off the train."Obviously, this is very disturbing and we never want to see this on our system. LONDON — European Union regulators have filed antitrust charges against Amazon, accusing the e-commerce giant of using data to gain an unfair advantage over merchants using its platform. The EU’s executive commission, the bloc’s top antitrust enforcer, said Tuesday that the charges have been sent to the company. The commission said it takes issue with Amazon’s systematic use of non-public business data to avoid “the normal risks of competition and to leverage its dominance” for e-commerce services in France and Germany, the company’s two biggest markets in the EU. LOS ANGELES - Surveillance video released by the Los Angeles Police Department shows a violent taco truck robbery that left a worker with injuries.Three men entered the truck as it was parked on West Manchester Ave. in South Los Angeles around 3 a.m. on July 14.Police said the men forced the workers to the ground and demanded cash.One worker was pistol-whipped during the hold-up. There is no word on his condition.The suspects were not able to gain access to the safe in the taco truck. They took the workers’ cell phones and cash before leaving, investigators said.Los Angeles Police said the men were last seen running from the location with the victims’ property. LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A large ``Trump'' sign erected overnight on a hillside near the San Diego (405) Freeway in the Sepulveda Pass was taken down by authorities today.The sign -- consisting of white capital letters similar to the `Hollywood'' sign -- was taken down by Caltrans workers by about 9 a.m.It was not known who put the sign in place. Neither the Los Angeles Police Department nor the California Highway Patrol had any information about the sign when reached by City News Service. Freeway traffic was not affected.
