LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Attorney General Daniel Cameron's office has announced that the recording from the grand jury proceedings connected to the Breonna Taylor investigation will be released Wednesday.WAVE 3 News reports this comes after a grand juror filed a motion in the Jefferson Circuit Court to release grand jury transcripts and recordings.The motion called for the court to release any recordings and proceedings in the investigation and to make a declaration that any of the grand jurors have the right to disclose information about the process of grand jury proceedings in Jefferson County for the investigation.Taylor, 26, was shot multiple times by Louisville Metro Police Department narcotics officers serving a warrant just after midnight on March 13.Former LMPD Det. Brett Hankison was charged for shooting 10 rounds from outside Taylor's apartment; some of those shots ended up in adjacent units, which was why he was indicted. MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. — An alligator crossing a road in Manatee County led to a deadly crash on Thursday night, the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) says.According to an FHP press release, an alligator crossing State Road 70 walked into the path of a car at around 10:40 p.m. local time. The driver tried to swerve out of the way and lost control, authorities said.Troopers say the car ran off the road, into a ditch full of water, and then crashed into a tree. (AP) — Authorities were investigating a report of a body found within the burn zone of a huge wildfire in Southern California, but the coroner's office was unable to confirm Wednesday whether it was burned.Two deaths were previously linked to the weeklong blaze in Ventura and Los Angeles counties that was 52 percent contained after scorching more than 152 square miles (394 square kilometers), engulfing homes, scenic canyon getaways and celebrity estates.The body under investigation was found in a burned residence in the Agoura Hills area. LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — The Kentucky attorney general's office says two long-rifle shell casings were found in and near Breonna Taylor's apartment after a police drug raid that left her dead. It's the first time these specific shell casings have been mentioned by authorities investigating Taylor's death in March. One was found inside and the other outside Taylor's apartment. The notice of the two shell casings was filed in former Officer Brett Hankison's wanton endangerment case. According to the Associated Press, the one-page court filing does not say why the shell casings would be favorable to Hankison’s defense.Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron didn't mention the long-rifle casings at a September news conference announcing the indictment against Hankison, the AP reported.Another officer at Taylor's apartment that night was Sgt.
