(AP) -- Police in Flagstaff say a group of teens killed a 23-year-old man after he allegedly inappropriately touched one of the girls involved in the killing.Flagstaff police said on Friday that Jaron James was found dead on Sept. 7 and that four teens, including two who are underage, have been arrested.Police say James was killed at a motel and that the suspects knew him. They say the group attacked James after he touched one of the suspects, a 16-year-old girl from Flagstaff.Eighteen-year-old Lawrence Sampson-Kahn and 19-year-old Kayson Russell are among the four arrested. Four 15-year-olds were arrested after leading Metro Nashville Police officers on a chase that ended on Briley Parkway.The teens in the chase involving a stolen car are also under investigation in relation to other recent crimes involving juveniles.On Thursday, officers were on the lookout for the stolen Prius after receiving a tip that wanted 14-year-old Rico Ransom was suspected of being in the vehicle.Ransom has been a fugitive since he allegedly shot and critically wounded a 17-year-old across from Pearl Cohn High School nearly two weeks ago.Officers pursued the teens for 15 minutes after spotting the car at 20th Avenue North & Herman Street. They then deployed spike strips into the path of the Prius finally, which finally caused the vehicle to slow and stop on Briley Parkway. The teens bailed out and ran. Three were quickly arrested and the fourth was arrested while hiding in a neighborhood on W. Vailview Court.The Prius was stolen on the morning of February 20 on Neal Terrace.Officers continue in their efforts to locate Rico Ransom. Arnold Schwarzenegger took another jab at President Donald Trump on Thursday, following news that the administration plans to revoke a signature Obama-era environmental regulation."For 48 years -- since one of my heroes, then-Gov. Ronald Reagan, requested it -- California has had a waiver from the federal government to clean our own air," Schwarzenegger tweeted Thursday. "If the President thinks he can win this fight, he's out of his mind."The Trump administration wants to freeze a rule mandating that automakers work to make cars substantially more fuel efficient. It called its plan a "50-state fuel economy and tailpipe carbon dioxide emissions standard for passenger cars and light trucks."The administration also proposed a withdrawal of California's Clean Air Act pre-emption waiver. There's no indication that money changed hands or that an agreement was made.The discussions allegedly included how to transport Fethullah Gulen, a Muslim leader who Erdogan has accused of being behind a failed military coup to overthrow him, on a private jet to the Turkish prison island of Imrali.The Journal reported attorneys for Flynn and his son declined comment.CNN reported earlier this week that special counsel Robert Mueller's investigators are examining Flynn's alleged participation in discussions about the idea of removing the cleric who has been living in exile in Pennsylvania. Four Louisiana correctional officers have been sentenced following an attack of an inmate who was "handcuffed, shackled, and not resisting, and for conspiring to cover up their misconduct by devising a false cover story, submitting false reports documenting that cover story, tampering with witnesses, and lying under oath," the Department to Justice said in a statement.The incident took place at the Penitentiary in Angola, Louisiana.The officers were sentenced last week, and Daniel David was sentenced to 110 months in prison; John Sanders was sentenced to 18 months; James Savoy Jr. was sentenced to 24 months; and Scott Kennedy received a 14-month sentence.The DOJ said that Davis was the ringleader of the incident, and claimed that Davis yanked the inmate’s leg chains, causing the inmate to fall face-first onto the concrete breezeway. The DOJ said that Davis and the other officers then attacked the inmate, who suffered a dislocated shoulder, a hematoma, a collapsed lung, and broken ribs.“Corrections officers are sworn to protect those within our prison systems,” said Brandon J.
