Recalling that visit, Om told Xinhua they were excited to be on the once-familiar stage in China.     The DPRK people paid great attention to the visit, said Om, adding DPRK attached great importance to developing cultural cooperation with China. LIMA, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- China's top political advisor Jia Qinglin arrived in Lima on Sunday, kicking off his official good-will visit to this South American country.     Jia, chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee, delivered a written speech upon his arrival at the airport of the Peruvian capital.
