(KGTV) - Police have arrested three people in the death of a man found slumped over the steering wheel of his still moving vehicle.Chula Vista Police arrested Britney Canal, 29, of Chula Vista, Cesar Alvarado, 39, of National City, and Michael Pedraza, 27, of San Diego, in the murder of 59-year-old Mario Serhan.Witnesses found Serhan slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound to the head just before 1 p.m. on April 11. CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) - Chula Vista Police on Wednesday identified the man stabbed to death in what officers described as a road rage incident.Horace Williams, 36, was involved in the fight with 60-year-old Rickey Smith on Sweetwater Road Tuesday, police said.Witnesses told police Smith was following Williams’ van as the two yelled at each other. Smith’s pickup struck the van from behind, then Smith pulled in front of the van and stopped abruptly, witnesses said. The maneuver caused a crash, after which Smith left his truck and stabbed Williams, according to police.RELATED: Man stabbed to death in possible road rage incident in South BayWilliams, a resident of National City, died at the hospital.Smith is a FedEx employee but does not work as a driver. Witnesses said he was wearing his uniform at the time of the incident.“This report is deeply disturbing. He is the organist at St. Steven’s Church of God, where his wife is the director of the youth choir. Parishioners told 10News the Smiths are a “very nice couple”. CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) -- A group of neighbors in Eastlake are using social media to support each other during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jason Anderson created the Facebook page called 'Eastlake - Support COVID-19'. He got the idea after seeing another post on social media. He initially created the group to make sure children staying home from school wouldn't go hungry. The group is now being used for community members to find things like toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and food. Nothing on the group is for sale, Anderson says neighbors are just helping each other by paying it forward. The group has grown to over 800 members in just three days. The leaders of the group are hosting regular conference calls to plan and stay organized. The group is now brainstorming how to best help elderly members in the community since they might not be as social media savvy. (KGTV) — Aquatica San Diego and Chula Vista police are warning trespassers after ABC 10News obtained video showing people inside the closed waterpark riding skateboards on some of their attractions.The clip starts with individuals climbing over barbed wire fencing surrounding the theme park. The group is seen casually walking the grounds of the park then skateboarding on water slides, including the six-story funnel ride Tassie's Twister.The 19-second video appeared on the social media app TikTok on May 19 and has been viewed more than 1.1 million times.10News showed the video to Aquatica, who confirmed there have been trespassing incidents recently. The park added that they have notified police and trespassers will face consequences."While Aquatica is temporarily closed because of COVID-19, the park is monitored 24/7. Our security team has caught trespassers in the park and notified the Chula Vista Police Department. Citations have been issued because trespassing is a misdemeanor crime. If property is damaged, it can be a felony," said Kelly Terry, SeaWorld and Aquatica spokeswoman, in a statement.RELATED: San Diego theme parks aim for July 1 reopening if state allowsCVPD Lt. Chris Kelley confirmed the incidents and said that some individuals have also been arrested. CHULA VISTA (KGTV) - Nearly 5,000 people were without power Saturday evening in Chula Vista, according to SDG&E.The outage began about 7:30 p.m. with around 1,700 customers in the dark. It expanded to about 4,800 by 9:30 p.m., according to SDG&E's website.The power was restored at about 10 p.m. SDG&E did not provide the cause of the outage.This is a developing story. 10News will update when details become available.  445
