Skateboarder and founder of clothing brand Huf Worldwide, Keith Hufnagel has died. He was 46 years old.His company, Huf Worldwide, released a statement on social media Thursday confirming his passing.“Keith battled brain cancer for the past 2.5 years. And though he beat the odds and fought back much longer than his diagnosis permitted, he ultimately and unfortunately lost the fight,” the statement reads.Hufnagel founded Huf in 2002 in San Francisco, after moving out west from New York. (KGTV) - Evacuees from the Valley Fire began to head home Thursday morning as Cal Fire lifted evacuation orders throughout the area."We're trying to head out early," said Deehorn Valley resident Dale Elliott. "That way we can get everything straightened up, cleaned up try to put things back."Elliott's family is one of 140 families the Red Cross helped over the last week. Evacuees were offered food, first aid, hotel rooms and more.Red Cross Regional CEO Shawn Mahoney said they served 1,200 meals on Wednesday alone.This was Elliott's first time having to evacuate, and he told ABC 10News, "With the dogs and my mother-in-law visiting and all of our stuff, we thought we should evacuate just to be on the safe side.”Elliott checked on his home Tuesday to make sure it hadn't been damaged in the fire. He said he'll have to clean out the refrigerator, but that's the only issue.Many others weren't as lucky.Cal Fire said 30 homes and 29 other buildings were destroyed in the fire. SEYMOUR, Indiana — An 8-year-old boy died after ingesting meth he may have thought was cereal.The boy, Curtis Collman III, was at his dad's home when the drug overdose occurred. Seven people, including four children, have been found dead in a rural property in Western Australia, in what's believed to be the country's worst mass shooting in more than two decades.Officers were called to a residential property in Osmington, around 170 miles (270 kilometers) south of state capital Perth, in the early hours of Friday morning, where the seven bodies were discovered, said Western Australia Police Commissioner Chris Dawson.Police arrived at the property following a call from "'male person' connected to the property" shortly after 5:00 a.m. local time (5 p.m. Thursday ET), national broadcaster ABC reported.Five bodies were found inside the house, and the other two outside, close to the property.
