SINGAPORE, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- China and Singapore are jointly exploring potentials for further cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) with recent moves to deepen economic and trade relations.
Li started his official visit to Singapore on Monday. This is the first visit by a Chinese premier to Singapore in 11 years.
Upholding the goals of serving the country, Hong Kong and the political advisors, the association has been establishing extensive links with political advisors from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and people from all walks of life there, as well as taking an active role in social affairs in Hong Kong and nation-building, Wang said.
Reviewing China's reform and opening-up, Wang stressed that the process is linked to the exploration and practices of socialism carried out 30 years before 1978, the history of Chinese people's struggle for national rejuvenation since 1840, as well as the sufferings and glory of the Chinese nation over the past 5,000 years.
He called on the two sides to tap their advantages and push for higher quality and higher level of China-Germany cooperation.
