But they serve that ice cream in a way that's safe. “When we do ice cream, the nitrogen is just there to freeze the liquid into the more solid form so by the time they eat it, the nitrogen is gone, it’s evaporated away," Pait said.Daranty said employees are specially trained on how to handle liquid nitrogen. PARKER, Colo. – The Douglas County (Colorado) Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of an infant that occurred at an unlicensed daycare facility in Parker.The infant was pronounced deceased Wednesday at Sky Ridge Medical Center.“We do have an open death investigation of an infant at 14166 Lexington drive in Parker. The status of the daycare facility is something that we will be looking at during the investigation,” read a statement from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.Madlynn Ruble with the Colorado Department of Human Services said the state was aware of an unlicensed and illegal childcare service being operated out of the home after a complaint was filed.The department served a cease and desist order to Amanda Anderson, who is alleged to have been running the daycare service. It’s unclear if any charges were filed.In the complaint, police noted that there were 16 children in the home at the time of incident -- most of the children were toddlers.The coroner’s office has legally identified the infant and an autopsy has been completed. Phoenix police say a young mother reported missing after her baby was?abandoned has been found dead. Police say the body of Jasmine Dunbar, 21, was found by police aircraft late Wednesday afternoon in the area of 107th Avenue and Camelback Road. Officials are awaiting official identification of the body through scientific analysis, but the body has been tentatively identified as Dunbar.The body had significant burn evidence.Dunbar was last seen with her ex-boyfriend Antwaun Travon Ware, 20, on Tuesday night.Family members told Scripps station KNXV in Phoenix she left home with Ware and her 7-month-old baby around 7:30 p.m. The infant was found alone in her car seat along the road near 83rd and Minnezona avenues around 10 p.m.Police located Ware at his home on Wednesday morning and he agreed to come to police headquarters for an interview.Due to evidence collected, police developed probable cause to arrest Ware on one count of first-degree murder, kidnapping, abandonment of a body and child abuse. "I hear about people, their paint getting messed with, them getting broken in, and I'm in a nicer neighborhood and then that happened, I was just really bummed.""I think there's people who are not working period that are trying to just burglarize and steal and get whatever they want," neighbor David Como said. Police surrounded a Panera Bread near the Princeton University camps after a gunman was reported to be inside.
