ROCKFORD, Ill. (AP) — Police say a gunman opened fire inside an Illinois bowling alley, killing three people and injuring three others during what authorities believe was a random attack. Rockford Police Chief Dan O'Shea says a 37-year-old white male suspect is in custody after the shooting Saturday night at Don Carter Lanes. Police were not seeking any other suspects. O'Shea did not immediately release additional information about the person of interest or the victims. But he survived after he was airlifted to a veterinary clinic. What's more, it's the second time the dog, named Ice, recovered after being seriously injured.
