A giant blimp of London Mayor Sadiq Khan will be seen in the UK capital's skies this weekend after protesters were given permission to fly the crowdfunded balloon in Westminster.More than 3,000 supporters have donated more than ￡58,000 (,500) in total to fund the 29-foot balloon, which depicts the mayor reclining in a small yellow bikini.Protest organizer Yanny Bruere, who describes himself as a British free speech advocate, said he had set up the crowdfunding campaign in response to London authorities' decision to allow a "Trump Baby" blimp to be flown during last month's visit to Britain by US President Donald Trump.He said the Parliament Square event on Saturday morning "marks the fightback for free speech in our country."Bruere, who has set up a "Make London Safe Again" group on Facebook, accuses Khan of doing too little to prevent violent crime in London.The Crowdfunder page posted by Bruere said: "In light of the Donald Trump 'Baby Trump' ballon being allowed to fly over London during his visit to the U.K., let's get a 'baby Khan' one and see if FREE SPEECH applies to all and whether or not Mr Khan and the London assembly will also approve this."Under Sadiq Khan, we have seen crime sky rocket to unprecedented levels. A Fond du Lac man who holds the world record for "Most Big Macs Consumed" ate his 30,000th Big Mac on Friday.Don Gorske said he ate his first Big Mac on May 17, 1972, and has enjoyed, on average, two of the sandwiches nearly every day since.“I take that first bite, it was the best thing I had ever tasted in my life,” reads a pamphlet from Gorske that chronicles his hamburger habit.An entry titled “Summer of 1972” reads, “When I’m not at work, or going to McDonalds [sic], I’m at County Stadium, eating a Big Mac while watching the Brewers, or I’m ‘cruising Main Street’ like everybody else."Gorske’s good health can be verified by asking his wife, a nurse practitioner, he writes.“My height is 6’2”, [and] if I try hard, I can get up to 195 pounds,” he writes.There have been eight days that have not included a Big Mac for Gorske since he took that first bite of one in 1972, he wrote. The most recent was November 23, 2011, when McDonald’s was closed for Thanksgiving Day. A group of patients with a rare type of eye cancer called ocular melanoma has researchers and epidemiologists stumped.The cancer, which normally occurs in about six in every 1 million individuals, has been identified in more than 50 individuals around two locations: Huntersville, North Carolina, and Auburn, Alabama. At least 38 of these individuals attended Auburn University between 1983 and 2001, according to a Facebook page for the group of patients.At least four have died of the disease.Juleigh Green was the first person from the Auburn group to be diagnosed with the condition, in 1999. She had surgery to remove her left eye in 2000 and has not had any recurrences since, she says. 700

A Georgia high school teacher is under investigation after he was filmed telling a student he "might" shoot the kid in the head.Paul Hagan, a white physics teacher at Rockdale Career Academy, was filmed ranting against an unidentified black student, according to Atlanta's WSB-TV."Don't smile at me, man," Hagan is heard telling the student. "That's how people like you get shot."In the video, which WSB shared on Facebook, Hagan goes on to say, "I gotta bet by the time you're 21 somebody's gonna put a bullet right through your head. OK? And it might be me the one who does it."The video was apparently shot by another student.Officials at Rockdale Career Academy are investigating the incident.
