(KGTV) — Two people were arrested this week after a pursuit took authorities from Valley Center into unincorporated Escondido.San Diego Sheriff's Department says the pursuit began just after 9 p.m. near State route 76 near Pala Mission Rd. after a deputy spotted a stolen truck.
